Teams and roles
Team and Business accounts can have as many members as you like. Everyone shares the account’s cover credits and its boards with Auto-Gen Board Covers. Solo, Pro and Free accounts are for one person.
Roles
Roles are Smart Icon Cover’s own, not your role on a Trello board.

Invite people
- On the dashboard’s Members tab, create an invite code and choose the role it gives.
- Send the code to the person. Codes look like
7KQ4-M2X9, work once, and expire after 7 days. - They add Smart Icon Cover to a board, authorize it, and enter the code on the Members tab.
Each person authorizes Smart Icon Cover with their own Trello account. When they make an icon cover, Trello shows it in the card’s activity as theirs.
Team boards
Account-Holders and Managers add the boards the team shares. On a team board, members’ icon covers use the team’s cover credits. A board can belong to one team account at a time.
On boards that aren’t team boards, each person uses their own account.
Leaving a team
A member can click Leave Team on the Members tab, and an Account-Holder or Manager can remove them. On the team’s boards they then use their own account again. Icon covers they made stay on the cards.
