Questions about plans
What is a cover credit?
Each icon cover uses 1 cover credit, whether you make it or Auto-Gen Board Covers does, including a regenerated one. Credits belong to your account and work on any board. If making an icon cover fails, the credit is given back.
What are bonus cover credits?
When you first subscribe to a paid plan, you get a one-time bonus of 70 to 1,400 cover credits, depending on the plan, to cover the cards already on your boards. You can use them on any icon cover, on any board.
Do bonus credits expire?
Yes, 60 days after you get them. Monthly credits renew at the start of each monthly period and don't carry over. Each icon cover uses the credits that expire soonest.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from the Plans tab in Smart Icon Cover. An upgrade starts at once, and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade or a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. The icon covers already on your cards stay.
Is annual cheaper?
Yes. Annual plans cost less than twelve monthly payments and come with more boards and more cover credits a month.
