Your data and deleting it
Smart Icon Cover keeps what it needs to make icon covers and run your account: your Trello member id, name, username and email address, your Trello authorization (stored encrypted), the boards you use it on, and a record of the icon covers it made. The privacy policy has the full list.
Delete My Data
- Open Smart Icon Cover’s dashboard from a board’s header and go to Help.
- Click Delete My Data and confirm.
Smart Icon Cover then:
- cancels your paid plan, if you have one (no refund for the current period),
- turns Auto-Gen Board Covers off on your boards,
- deletes the icon images it stored for your account,
- removes your Trello authorization, and
- clears your name, username and email address.
If other people are on your Team or Business account, hand it over to one of them first: an account with other members can’t be deleted.
Icon covers already on your Trello cards stay there. Remove them in Trello if you like (how).
By email
You can also ask us to delete your data at the address on the Contact page, from the email address Smart Icon Cover has for you.
